Red Hat OpenStack Platform 15 ออกแล้ว เน้นเสริม Security และรองรับ Cloud-Native มากขึ้น

Red Hat ได้ออกมาประกาศให้ Red Hat OpenStack Platform 15 เข้าสู่สถานะ General Availability แล้ว โดยต่อยอดมาจาก OpenStack Stein เพื่อรองรับการสร้าง Private Cloud บน Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 ด้วยความสามารถใหม่ๆ ดังนี้

• รองรับ Workload ด้าน AI, Machine Learning (ML) ได้ ด้วยการรองรับ NVDIA GPU/vGPU
• เพิ่มความสามารถ Crypto Offload ในการทำ IPSec VPN ที่ระดับ NIC ได้ ทำให้สามารถเข้ารหัสข้อมูลได้โดยประสิทธิภาพไม่ลดลง
• เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านระบบเครือข่ายด้วย TCP Stack ที่ปรับปรุงใหม่
• รองรับ IBM POWER9 และ IBM PowerVM แล้ว
• รองรับการทำงานร่วมกับ Hardware Security Module (HSM)
